We'll work from real-life objects and live animal subjects—past projects have included an alpaca, a mouse, and a turtle skeleton!
Students will build their skills while exploring different styles and techniques, learning how to bring their ideas to life on high-quality paper and canvas. This class takes place in the barn and out under the shade of the box elder tree, offering a beautiful and inspiring environment to create.

Working with this flexible 2D material, students will develop 3D forms such as vessels and 2D abstract landscapes, thinking about texture, color, and form in new ways.
